Your data. Your choice.
Delete your data.
You can request removal of information stored by PageConnector. Revoking Page access is a separate action in Meta.
Request deletion from the operator
Use the contact address below with the subject “PageConnector data deletion”. Include the Page name or ID, the approximate date you connected and enough information to identify your request. We may ask for proportionate verification before removing identifying records.
Do not send passwords, access tokens or your app secret.
Use Facebook’s integration settings
- Sign into Facebook using the account you connected with.
- Open Settings and find Business integrations, or Apps and websites, depending on where Meta lists the integration.
- Find PageConnect, PageConnector or Page Access Connect, and review the removal or data deletion options Meta provides.
- When Meta sends the configured deauthorisation or deletion callback, the application removes the associated authorisation sessions and identifying records it can match. A Meta data deletion request can return an application confirmation link.
Remove the actual Ads and Insights access
Deleting application data or removing the integration does not necessarily remove an existing partner business relationship. To revoke the grant, review the Page’s access settings or business portfolio partner settings in Meta and remove the requesting business’s Page access.
